精镗过程中切屑断裂信号的时序分析与辨识

    Time Serials Analysis of Chip Breaking Signals and the In Precision Boring

    • 摘要: 基于精镗加工中由安装在镗杆Y向和Z向的加速度传感器组成的检测系统,研究了从系统运行过程的振动信号中利用时间序列分析提取有效特征量进行切屑类型识别,实验观察了长、短、堵塞切屑的形成过程,并由此对其识别特征做出推断,得到了实验数据的验证.

       

      Abstract: Based on the monitoring system consisting of two acceleration sensors, which measure the vibrations of the boring bar in the direction x and respectively researches are carried out to extract the featured variables using the time serials analysis method in precision boring process. In experiments, by observing and investigating the formation of three chip forms: long chip, short chip and chip jam, the effective featured variables to identify three chip forms are studied and extracted by the time serials analysis method.
