Calculation on Surface Shape of Optic Micro-lens Generated on Needing Positions

摘要: 研究原位成形光学微透镜工艺的流体力学机理,建立光学胶滴的表面方程组,它反映了当胶滴在表面张力作用下铺展后,表面上任一点的各坐标间关系.给出求解该方程组的数值计算方法,对不同体积、接触角和特征长度等胶滴性能参数,计算胶滴的表面形状参数,并画出胶滴表面的形状曲线和曲率半径曲线.结果表明:接触角与特征长度减小,则铺展半径增大、厚度减小,表面非球面性变强;在胶滴中掺入适量纳米石英粉末,既可增强透镜强度,又可减小特征长度和接触角;打磨玻璃表面使之粗糙化,既可增加透镜与玻璃间的黏接强度,又可减小接触角.Abstract: Fluid mechanics principle about the optic micro-lens generated on needing positions is researched.A set of surface equations of optic glue drip,which spreads on horizontal plane under surface tention,is given.The equations set reflect relationships between coordinates of an arbitary point on the surface.A numerical calculation method of the equations set is proposed.Some surface shape parameters of the glue drip are calculated for different performance parameters,such as volume,contact angle and character length.Some shape curves and curvature radius curves are given.Results show that the contact angle and character length decrease,spread radius increase and thickness decrease,and non-sphere performance is strengthened.The intensity of the micro lens increases and the contact angle and character length decrease by mixing appropriate amount nanometer quartz powder into the glue.The bond strength between the glue and the glass increases and the contact angle decreases by milling or roughing the glass face.
