高频电液伺服阀的辨识及其动态特性的研究

摘要: 本文对QDY 8型高频电液伺服阀及其主要环节的动态特性进行了实验研究。介绍了一种简单而实用的动态测试方法,讨论了衔铁磁饱和与力矩马达输出的关系。在实验和辨识理论的基础上,建立了力矩马达和全阀(闭环)的数学模型,并给出了曲线拟合程序。结果表明,辨识模型对应的频响值与实测值相当吻合,从而说明辨识方法在液压控制系统中有一定的实用价值。Abstract: In this paper, the dynamic performance for a high frequency electro-hydraulic servovalve and its main elements are investigated. A simple and practical method for testing its dynaamic performance is de scribed. The relations between armature magnet saturation and torque moor output are discusseed. Based on experiments and the identification theory, mathematical models for the torque motor and the whole valve are built and programs for aomplex curve fitting are presented. The result shows that the values of frequency characteristic corresponding to the identified model are in good agreement with the experimental data, thereby showing the practical significance of the identification method in hydraulic control systems.
