摘要: 为了对螺旋锥齿轮数控铣齿机刀倾法加工进行数字化仿真,验证其五轴联动方程的可靠性,并得到精确的螺旋锥齿轮三维模型,研究了螺旋锥齿轮机械型机床和五轴联动数控机床的运动转换原理,以最复杂的刀倾法加工的螺旋锥齿轮为对象,基于空间的运动学等效转换原理,推导了螺旋锥齿轮数控加工的五轴联动方程;利用AutoCAD内嵌的Visual Basic Application二次开发语言,开发了基于数控机床五轴联动的仿真制造系统.仿真制造系统通过齿坯和刀盘的参数输入对螺旋锥齿轮进行建模.结果表明:仿真加工得到的螺旋锥齿轮模型精度高,计算得到的五轴联动方程正确可靠,为螺旋锥齿轮的后续分析处理提供了高精度的模型;研究工作为五轴联动数控机床下的螺旋锥齿轮实体建模提供了一种简洁有效的方法.Abstract: To simulate the process for the tilt manufacturing of spiral bevel gears based on five-axes Computer Numerical Control machine,check out the reliability of the equations of five axes linkages,and to get the geometry model of spiral bevel gear,this paper presents the theory of the spatial kinematics transformation between traditional machines and numerical control machines with five axes linkages.Based on the spatial kinematics transformation theory,it discusses and derives the equations of five axes linkages for the spiral bevel gear manufactured by milling process.Making use of Visual Basic Application programming language embedded in AutoCAD,we have developed a system of simulation processing based on five-axes CNC.In this system,modeling is driven by inputting the parameters of the work and the tool.It turns out that,the geometry model of spiral bevel gear is accurate enough for the follow-up treatment and the post-analysis,and the equations of five axes linkages are correct.It provides a clean and efficient way for geometry modeling of spiral bevel gear.
