股动脉对称搭桥术的数值研究
Numerical Study of a Symmetrical Configuration for Femoral Bypass Grafting

摘要: 为了克服股动脉传统搭桥术的缺点,提出了一种对称搭桥术。利用计算流体力学的方法,对传统搭桥术和对称搭桥术中的生理性脉动血流进行了仿真分析,并对其中的血流动力学物理量进行了比较。结果表明,对称搭桥术具有均匀的流动特征和壁面切应力分布,可以改善缝合区的血流动力学特性,并减少内膜增生和再狭窄的发生。Abstract: In order to overcome the drawback of conventional femeral bypass grafting, a symmetrical configuration for bypass anastomosis was presented. The physiologically pulsatile blood flows in both a conventional and a symmetrical grafting models were simulated with computational fluid dynamics method, and the hemodynamics factors in these models were studied. The results show that the symmetrical model features with uniform distribution of flow patterns and wall shear stresses, ant it can improve the hemodynamics at the anastomosis area, which is favorable for decreasing the probability of intimal hyperplasia and restenosis.
