摘要: 报导了Nd3+:YAG激光器的主被动锁模实验,利用二次谐波法测得脉冲宽度约为40ps。对纯被动锁模和主被动锁模两种运行方式产生的超短脉冲的振幅稳定度和锁模机率作了比较,并研究了染料浓度对锁模脉冲宽度的影响。Abstract: An experimental investigation of pulsed Nd3+: YAG active-passive mode-locked laser system is reported. The pulse width measured by the noncollinear SHG technique was about 40 psec. The amplitude stability and mode locking probability of the ultrashort pulses produced by this system were compared with that by the purely passive mode-locked system under the same operating conditions. Effect of dye concentration on the width of the mode-locked pulses was also studied.
