摘要: 根据铝材铸轧过程的成形特点,建立了铸轧辊-板系统传热问题的基本方程,详细阐明了铝带超薄快速铸轧过程中,外冷辊面效果明显优于外冷板面,应以其作为主攻方向;超薄快速铸轧的辊面最佳外冷区间比常规铸轧大1倍多,且外冷实施后,区间迅速缩小,移向铸轧区出口位置;按此规律调控外冷喷枪的相关参数,将使外冷设备的冷却能力得到充分发挥.Abstract: According to the characteristics of aluminum cast-rolling process, the authors built the basic equations of roller-board system's temperature fields. The authors clarify in detail that the cooling effect on cast-roller's surface is better than that on board surface, so the former is our main direction. The authors also reveal the vary rule of the best external-cooling area: The best external-cooling area of super-thin high-speed cast-rolling is twice more than that of normal cast-rolling, further more, after the roller's surface has been cooled, the best external-cooling area will be shortened and moved to the exit side of casting area. According to the law, it will make the cooling ability of external-cooling equipment to regulate the interrelated parameters of external-cooling spray gun.
