BaTiO3正交相晶体结构的X射线研究
X-Ray Diffraction Study of Orthorhombic Barium Titanate

摘要: 在低温下,用X射线四园衍射仪收集了BaTiO3单晶的衍射数据237个,对其正交相晶体结构作了进一步研究并讨论了BaTiO3相变的性质,结果表明,Ti原子在正交相是有序的。Abstract: The crystal structure of orthorhombic barium titanate was determined at 235K by means of the split atom method, based on the data collected by an X-ray four-circle diffractometer. It is shown that the Ti atom distributes orderly in orthorhombic phase. A comparision with the former results was made and the properties of phase transition of barium titanate were discussed as well.
