机床床身立柱结合面参数识别的研究

摘要: 在模态分析的基础上,应用结合面单元,建立了机床结构的动力学方程,经过优化计算,识别了机床立柱和床身之间的结合面参数.结果表明,该方法可以有效的解决复杂结构结合面参数的识别问题.

Abstract: On the basis of the model analysis, the structural equations of dynamics are set up by applying the interface element Using optimizing method, the structural interface parameter of machine tool bed with column is obtained. It is shown that this method can be used to distinguish the interface parameter of complex structure.
