    Influence of Mechanical Properties of Materials on the Tribology and Lubrication Performance

    • 摘要: 建立了理想工况下的点接触数学模型,用光学测量方法对模型进行了验证.研究了钢、铜、铝及复合材料形成摩擦副时,材料的力学性能对摩擦润滑性能的影响.当外加载荷为80N时,卷吸速度由1mm/s增加至10000mm/s的过程中,综合对比了不同摩擦副材料形成的接触区域最大压力、中心油膜厚度和最小油膜厚度等摩擦润滑性能参数之间的关系,并分析了这些参数随速度的变化关系,引入压力峰值比来判断二次压力峰的变化.

       

      Abstract: A mathematical model for point contact was established for ideal working condition.The model was validated by optical measurement technique.Three kinds of metals and a composite material were chosen to form tribology pairs.The impact of mechanical properties of tribology pairs on lubrication performance was studied.The external load was 80N,and the entrainment velocity changed from 1mm/s to 10000 mm/s.Comparisons of tribology and lubrication parameters,such as the maximum pressure,the center film thickness and the minimum film thickness in contact region,were made.In order to denote the trend of second pressure spike in contact region,a parameter named peak pressure radio was introduced.
