装卡偏心状态下渐开线齿廓的测量

Measurement of Involute Profile in the Clamping Eccentric State

  • 摘要: 为降低装卡偏心误差对渐开线齿廓测量的影响,提出了一种装卡偏心状态下渐开线齿廓的测量方法.研究装卡偏心对渐开线齿廓测量与评定的影响,分析装卡偏心误差的成因,提出一种装卡偏心参数计算方法,建立了装卡偏心误差补偿模型.实验结果表明,应用该模型可将偏心量在3/4测头量程内的测量结果补偿到无装卡偏心测量状态,实现装卡偏心状态下渐开线齿廓的精确测量,并且节约齿轮装卡时间.该方法获得的偏心参数也可应用于装卡偏心状态下齿距和螺旋线的测量轨迹调整.
    Abstract: To decrease the influence of clamping eccentricity on the measurement of involute profile,a measurement method of involute profile in the clamping eccentric state based on the gear measurment center is proposed.The influence of clamping eccentric on the measurement and evolution of involute profile is studied and the reasons for clamping eccentric error are analyzed.A computing method of clamping eccentric parameters is introduced and the clamping eccentric error compensation model is established.Experimental results show that the model can compensate for evaluation results to the state without eccentricity when the most allowed clamping eccentric value is not beyond three fourth of the probe's range,realizing accurate measurement of the involute profile and saving much time in adjusting the clamping eccentricity.Besides,the eccentric parameters attained by this method can also be used to adjust the measurement trajectory of tooth pitch and tooth spiral with clamping eccentricity.
