Abstract: To meet the demerd for sports facilicties living community, of analysis of stadium development form and characteristics of the foreign communities. In conjunction with the existing limited elements in china, Plans and strategies on site layouts and functions of sport facilities of living community, are" discnssed in this paper. That is to establish an index system, "an export-oriented" sport facility, which take advantage of raof space and under ground spall as sporting facility, which local residents share the local school's sporting facility and the school share the local community's sporting facility.
