    Control System Design of Automatic Beverage Making Machine

    • 摘要: 为了实现自动冲饮机展示自动控制技术及多种传动方式的要求,对控制系统的硬件和软件设计进行了深入的讨论;在分析出系统的控制方式为通断控制以后,提出采用可编程逻辑控制器作为系统的控制核心,确定了控制系统硬件结构,给出了软件流程图,并采用模块化方法编写了可编程逻辑控制器程序.在控制系统中增加了客户机和服务器,并利用网络通讯技术和串行通讯技术实现了一种下位机-客户机-服务器的三级监控系统设计方案,现场运行情况良好.

       

      Abstract: In order to realize the design purpose of automatic beverage making machine——exhibitting the automatic control technology and multi-type driving methods, a deep discussion about the hardware and software of control system is made. After analyzing the control method of the system and concluding that it is connection / disconnection control, a control system that adopts the programmable logic controller (PLC) as the core is proposed. Then the hardware structure of control system is decided and the flow chart of software is given. A modular design method for programming PLC software is adopted. Adding clients PC and server PC into control system is convenient for operation and management. At last, by using the network communication technology and serial communication technology, an available design of 3-ordered monitoring and controlling system is proposed, which consists of a server, a client and two sub-level controllers. The field-running condition proves good.
