    Conductive Oscillation Properties of Nanostructural Electromagnetic Materials

    • 摘要: 为定性了解纳米电磁输运特性,发展了一种基于量子理论求解电子通过纳米电磁结构输运特性的转移矩阵的方法,计算了电子隧穿纳米结构电磁势垒的电导特性,发现电寻呈现出振荡性行为;这与电子隧穿电结构与磁结构的结果是一致的.另外,不同强度的电与磁调制的具体影响也各不相同,对振荡性行为表现出不同的作用.

       

      Abstract: To quantitatively explore the transport property of nanostructural electromagnetic materials, a method based on quantum theory to solve the transfer matrix presenting the property is developed, and the method canbeused to calculate the condactive property of electrons tunneling through nanostructural potential barrier. The research result shows that the conductance presents the behaviour of oscillation, consistent with the result of electrons tunneling through both electrical structure and magnetic structure. Otherwise, the effect of electromagnetic modulation of different intensity is different, which shows different effect. On the oscillation behaviour.
