Abstract:
To quantitatively explore the transport property of nanostructural electromagnetic materials, a method based on quantum theory to solve the transfer matrix presenting the property is developed, and the method canbeused to calculate the condactive property of electrons tunneling through nanostructural potential barrier. The research result shows that the conductance presents the behaviour of oscillation, consistent with the result of electrons tunneling through both electrical structure and magnetic structure.
