Abstract:
In order to further make clear cell mechanics, the authors introduce the transfer pathways of force signal such as mechanotransduction, mechanoreceptors, mechanosensitive ion channels and so on. There exist mechanosensitive ion channels in both endothelial and nonendothelial cells and these channels to regulate ion transfer may play important role in cell sensing mechanical force and transforming it into biochemical signal. On this basis, the authors propose that its transfer mechanism might have ligand and receptor, structural change and the mechanism of platelet in the blood congulation, etc. The combination between the molecules of receptor and ligand is idiosyncratic and reversible. The kinetic povrameters can be obtained according to the dependence of adhesion probability on their contact time.
