细胞中力信号的传递途径和机制

    Force Signal Transfer Pathway and Mechanism in Cell

    • 摘要: 为了进一步了解细胞力学,综述了细胞中力信号的传递途径有物理传导、力感受器、机械力敏感离子通道及其他力信号传导途径.其中详细叙述了在内皮细胞与非内皮细胞上均存在机械力敏感性离子通道,这些调节离子转运的通道可能在细胞感受机械力并将其转变为生化信号中发挥重要作用.在此基础上提出了其传导机制可能有配体和受体、结构改变、血小板在凝血中的机制等.受体和配体分子之间的结合具有特异性和可逆性,可通过粘附概率和接触时间的相关性求得动力学参数.

       

      Abstract: In order to further make clear cell mechanics, the authors introduce the transfer pathways of force signal such as mechanotransduction, mechanoreceptors, mechanosensitive ion channels and so on. There exist mechanosensitive ion channels in both endothelial and nonendothelial cells and these channels to regulate ion transfer may play important role in cell sensing mechanical force and transforming it into biochemical signal. On this basis, the authors propose that its transfer mechanism might have ligand and receptor, structural change and the mechanism of platelet in the blood congulation, etc. The combination between the molecules of receptor and ligand is idiosyncratic and reversible. The kinetic povrameters can be obtained according to the dependence of adhesion probability on their contact time.
