智能无模型梯度优化控制方法及其应用

    Intelligent Model-free Gradient Optimization Control Method and Its Application

    • 摘要: 针对海上石油平台能耗高、效率较低且平台注采系统建模难度大的问题, 提出了一种智能无模型梯度在线效率优化控制方法.该算法基于智能专家思想设计, 首先随机改变采油泵产量并实时计算油井效率, 根据其实时效率变化方向, 确定实现效率寻优的产量调节方向, 最终使实时生产效率接近最优工作点.实验结果表明:该优化方法能搜索并使系统控制稳定在最高效率点附近, 有效解决海洋石油平台运行效率低的问题.在一定程度上该优化方法可实现效率最优、产量最大化的双重优化控制目标, 具有较好的实际工程应用和推广价值.

       

      Abstract: High energy consumption, low efficiency and the difficulty of modeling the platform injectionproduction system are the main issues appeared on the offshore petroleum platform. For addressing these problems, based on the intelligent expert thoughts, an intelligent model-free gradient online efficiency optimization control method, which is based on the intelligent expert thoughts, is proposed in this paper.First, this method changes the production of the mining pump randomly and calculates the efficiency of the well in real time. Second, aiming at optimizing the efficiency, the controlled direction of production can be determined in accordance with the efficiency changing direction. These measures can finally make the production efficiency approximate to the optimum value. The experimental results on the physical experiment system show that this optimization method can search and make the system stabilize close to the best efficiency point. Meanwhile, the proposed scheme can simultaneously solve the problem of the low operating efficiency of the platform and realize the dual optimization goals of the efficiency optimization and maximum production to some extent, and thus has an important application value for practical engineering.
