Abstract: According to the combination principle of scientificalness,rationality,objectivity and feasibility,the authors establish the evaluating system of competing power of industrial business,and use the factor analysis method to build the factor analysis model to indicate the mamagement capacity,benefit ability and growth ability.Through calculating the management ability and growth ability factorial points and the competing power factorial points of every industrial business in different year the authors make the overall evaluation and sequence for the competing power of industrial business.At the same time according to the dynamic changing tendency of business competing power factorial points with times.They also establish the sustainable development level index and complete the scientitic evaluation on the business sustainable development ability.
