四方相BaTiO3的晶体结构

    The Crystal Structure of Tetragonal Barium Titanate

    • 摘要: 在室温(23.7℃)下用X射线四圆衍射仪收集了BaTiO3单晶的衍射数据1300个,其中独立衍射444个,利用最小二乘法对四方相晶体结构作了进一步研究,结果表明,在四方相中,Ti原子是部分无序的,和先前的结果作了比较,并讨论了和立方相结构的关系.

       

      Abstract: The crystal structure of tetragonal barium titanata was determinted at 23.7℃ by means of the split atom method, besed the data collected by an X-Ray four-circle diffractometer. It is shown that the Ti atom distributes partly disorderly. A comparision with the former results was made and the relationship between tetragonal phase structure and cubic phase was discussed as well.
