A Perturbation Method of Solving the Differential Equations of the Linkages with Clearances

摘要: 提出了一种求解在连续接触模型下含间隙机构运动微分方程的摄动方法.这种方法不是直接求解具有刚性(Stiff)很大的含间隙平面连杆机构的运动微分方程,而是通过求解无间隙标称机构来得到相应含间隙机构的动力响应,所得结果具有较好的精度,而计算量则大大减小.Abstract: A perturbation method of solving the nonlinear motion differential equations of the mechanisms with clearances, which based on the Continue Contact Model, is obtained by theoretical analysis. The solution of the differential equations of the systems can be calculated by the analysis of the nominal zero-clearance linkages. The new method is stable and has an acceptable precision and needs shorter computation time.
