复合除藻剂灭藻效能及其机理

    Effectiveness and Mechanism Study of Composited Algaecide on Algae Removal

    • 摘要: 以高锰酸盐、氯化铝、氯化钠及酸溶氯化亚铜制取复合除藻剂,研究了其对藻类的去除效果以及对水体中氮、磷营养盐的影响,通过高倍光学显微镜拍摄图片观察其对藻细胞结构的影响.结果表明,复合除藻剂除藻效果显著,对浊度和叶绿素a的去除率最高达到99.81%和97.87%;能有效控制富营养盐,总氮和总磷最低残余量为1.010 mg/L和0.021 mg/L;光学显微摄影图片表明,细胞壁没有破裂,内部细胞质聚集,细胞出现收缩、干瘪情况;藻体细胞黏结吸附在一起,下沉到底部形成密实的沉淀层.该复合除藻剂具有良好的增效杀藻作用.

       

      Abstract: Composited algaecide was prepared by permanganate,aluminum chloride,sodium chloride and acid- soluble cuprous chloride. The effectiveness of composited algaecide on algae removal and the impact of nitrogen and phosphorus were studied. Algae cell morphology was observed by optical micrographs. The results showed that the composited algaecide effect on algae removal was obvious,the best removal rate of turbidity and chlorophyll a were 99. 81% and 97. 87% respectively,and nutrient was controlled effectively. The minimum residue of TN and TP were 1. 01 mg·L -1 and 0. 021 mg·L -1 respectively. Optical micrographs showed that the cell wall did not rupture,cytoplasm aggregated and cell shrunk,algal cells bonded together to form dense layer of sediment. The composited algaecide has a good effect on algae removal.
