用布里渊散射法测量Li2B4O7单晶的弹性系数和压电系数

    Measurement of the Elastic Constants and Piezoelectric Moduli of Li2B4O7 Crystal by Brillouin Scattering

    • 摘要: 首先简单叙述了用布里渊散射(Brillouin Scattering)测量晶体的弹性系数和压电系数的方法,并测得了国内首次生长出来的无芯Li2B4O7单晶的全部弹性系数和压电系数,同时指出,该晶体在(100)晶面内声波传播沿0,0,1方向最慢,为5164m/s;沿0,√3/2,1/2方向最快,为7505m/s,沿1,0,0和0,1,0方向声波传播速度为7087m/s.

       

      Abstract: A brief account of the method of measuring elastic constants and piezoelectric moduli in a ballshaped sample is described first and then the set of results of elastic constants and piezoelectric moduli is given. Our experimental results point out that in the (100) plane the slowest wave is in 0,0,1 direction with a velocity of 5164m/s and the speediest one, in 0,√3/2,1/2 direction with a velocity of 7505m/s. The velocity of sound in 1,0,0 and 0,1,0 directions is 7087m/s.
