Experimental Research For Dynamic Parameter Determination of Spindle Assambly

摘要: 讨论了在激振响应中识别和确立主轴部件动态参数的实验方法,主轴部件物理多数变化时固有频率变化的情况以及该方法用于对VQC-20/40B镗铣加工中心主轴测试的实践。

Abstract: The test for dynamic parameters in a spindle assambly was often undertaken as a subsystem on machine tools. The discussion involved here was the experimental methods, by which the spindle dynamic parameters could be distinguished directly. The variation of nature frequency with the change of their parameters in a spindle assambly was discussed in details. And a test was carried out on the spindle system of VQC-20/40B Machining Center as an example.
