A Study on Laser Drilling for Noncircular Holes

摘要: 从光的园孔衍射理论出发,分析了多光束园孔衍射光强分布对激光加工非园形孔的影响,利用多光束园孔衍射能量叠加的方法加工非园形孔。

Abstract: The effect of intensity distribution of multi-circular-holes diffraction on noncircular hole drilling is investigated. Drilling for noncirclar holes by superposition of diffraction energy of multi-circular-holes is reported.
