高速滑轨结构参数对橇轨动力响应的影响

    Influence of Structural Parameters for the High-speed Rail on Dynamic Response of Sled-rail System

    • 摘要: 火箭橇在亚音速、跨音速、超音速条件运行时引起的动力学问题是高速滑轨设计及制造重点考虑的问题.结合中国某型橇轨系统,较为完善地建立了橇轨动力分析有限元模型,研究了钢轨、轨道梁、扣件和衬片参数对橇轨动力响应影响关系,探讨高速滑轨结构参数取值原则.研究表明,钢轨和衬片刚度对系统动力响应影响较大,橇轨动力响应相对较低的滑轨结构参数选取范围为:钢轨弹性模量为210 GPa、轨道梁采用C20~C60混凝土、扣件刚度为(1 200~2 000)kN/mm、衬片弹性模量为(100~140)GPa.该研究可为高速滑轨设计提供理论依据.

       

      Abstract: The most important point of high-speed rail design and manufacturing is the dynamic response of rocket sled moving under subsonic,transonic,and supersonic conditions.In this paper,a dynamic analysis finite element model is established combining with a sled-rail system of China.The influence of parameters for the rail,track beams,rail fastenings,and liner on the dynamic response of the rocket sled is studied and the principles of valuing structural parameters for the high-speed rail are investigated.Results show that the stiffness of the rail and liner has a greater impact on the dynamic response of the sled-rail system.To obtain a lower dynamic response,the reasonable structural parameters for the high-speed rail are as follows: the elastic modulus of the rail is 210 GPa,concrete strength of the track beam is C20-C60,fastener stiffness is(1 200-2 000) kN/mm,and elastic modulus of the liner is(100-140) GPa.This research can be used as a theoretical basis for designing the high-speed rail.
