Abstract: Based on the latest researched results at home and abroad, the authors summarize the knowledge discovery in the B2C e-commerce: firstly introduce the basic flow, data mining methods and technologies of discovering the implied, unknown and valuable commercial knowledge in B2C e-commerce sites; Then, outline the major applications of the data mining technology in the B2C e-commerce; In the end, present the possible research orientations of knowledge discovery in the future.
