基于无瞬心包络法的采油螺杆泵螺杆成型铣刀设计

    Design of Formed Milling Cutter for Screw of Oil Extraction Progressing Cavity Pump Based on Non-instantaneous Envelope Method

    • 摘要: 研究加工采油螺杆泵螺杆成型铣刀的设计方法.通过对采油螺杆泵螺杆形状和工作原理的分析,建立螺杆螺旋面方程.利用无瞬心包络法和成型铣刀廓形设计原理,从成型铣刀与螺杆工件的相对运动关系出发,推导出具有恒定后角的铣刀刀刃廓形方程.在此基础上设计出加工螺杆的专用成型铣刀.铣刀采用刀头与刀架分离结构,降低了铣刀的生产成本,延长了铣刀的使用寿命.该方法设计的铣刀适用于在普通螺杆铣床上加工采油螺杆泵的螺杆,不仅降低了螺杆的加工成本,而且提高了螺杆的加工精度和效率.

       

      Abstract: The design method of formed milling cutter for screw of oil extraction progressing cavity pump was presented.Through analysis on the shape of screw and the working principle of oil extraction progressing cavity pump,the spiral surface equation of screw was established.From the relative motion between formed milling cutter and screw,the profile equation of formed milling cutter which had constant back edge was established;it was based on the method of non-instantaneous envelope and the design principle of formed milling cutter.On this basis,the formed milling cutter of processing screw was designed.The formed milling cutter adopted method which the cutter head and the tool post was manufactured respectively,and it reduced the production cost and extended the service life of the milling cutter.The formed milling cutters designed by this method are applicable to processing screw of oil extraction cavity pump in common milling machine.The processing cost is reduced,and the machining accuracy and efficiency of screw is improved.
