基于满应力准则的膜结构截面优化

    Sectional Optimization of Membrane Structures Based on Full Stress Criterion

    • 摘要: 为了得到满足应力约束的膜结构的最优设计,根据满应力准则和静定化假设对应力约束下的膜结构的截面进行了优化设计.以膜单元的设计厚度与初始厚度的比值为设计变量,通过设计变量的量纲一化实现了设计变量的连接.用MSC.PCL (Patran command language)语言对MSC.Nastran&Patran软件进行二次开发,完成了膜结构优化程序.算例证明了程序算法的可靠性和高效性.

       

      Abstract: To obtain the optimal design of membrane structures satisfying the stress constraints, according to the full stress criterion and the assumption of statically determined system, the thickness of membrane structures with stress constraints is optimized. With the ratios of design thickness to initial thickness of membrane elements as design variables, design variables linking is implemented by dimensionless design variables. By secondly developing the MSC. Nastran&Patran software with MSC. PCL (Patran command language), the sectional optimization program of membrane structures is implemented. The results of examples show the reliability and efficiency of the program and algorithm.
