机床工作台上刀具工作点的轴向振动分析
Axial Vibration Analysis of the Cutter's Work Point of Machine Worktable

摘要: 在考虑轴承的支承作用、工作台与丝杠以及工作台与导轨的接触变形的情况下,全面分析了预拉伸丝杠的横向振动、纵向振动和扭转振动以及工作台的振动,利用拉格朗日方程建立了滚珠丝杠传动系统的动力学方程,用振型叠加原理和隆格-库塔法进行求解,按正交试验计算分析了系统参效对工作台上刀具工作点轴向振动的影响,优化组合了系统参数,为滚珠丝杠传动系统参数的选择以及装配调整提供了理论依据,为提高机床轴向定位精度奠定了基础。Abstract: In consideration of the bearing stiffness, the contact deformation between the ball screw and the worktable, and the contact deformation between the worktable and the guide, lateral, longitudinal and torsional vibration of the preload screw and vibration of the worktable are studied. Dynamic model of the ball screw drive system of machines is established using Lagrange equation. The model is analyzed by the mode superposition and Runge-Kutta method to calculate the transient response of the system. From the orthogonal experiment, effect of the system parameters on axial vibration of cutters' work point is studied, yielding the optimistic system parameters for the minimum vibration. The present work supplies a base for designing the drive system.
