模糊聚类-因子分析光度法同时测定工业废水中多组分酚

    Simultaneous Determination of Multicomponent Phenols With Flow Injection Spectrophotometry by Fuzzy Cluster-Factor Analysis Decomposition in Waste Water Samples

    • 摘要: 提出以3-甲基-2-苯并噻唑腙(MBTH)为显色剂,将模糊聚类分析(FCA)与迭代目标因于分析(ITTFA)相结合,不经分离,对工业废水中光谱重叠严重的5种酚(苯酚、间甲酚、对-硝基酚、邻-硝基酚、间-硝基酚)体系进行解析和同时测定,较成功地确定了混合体系的物种数、种类和各自的含量。并对合成模拟水样中5种酚的同时测定进行了初步研究,相对标准偏差小于5%,回收率为97.8%~101.93%范围,结果较好。

       

      Abstract: A fuzzy cluster-iterative target transformation factor analysis (ITTFA) decomposition with flow injection spectrophotometry was used to determine simultaneous multicomponent phenols in the phenols-MBTH complex sestems. It adopts the fuzzy cluster analysis (FCA) method to select the wavelength points and singular value decomposition (SVD) method to decompose the original data matrix of absorbance and the ITTFA to carry out the quantitative analysis. The relative standard deviation is less 5% and recoveries 97.8%-101.93%, respectively. This method can be used for simultaneous determination of multicomponent phenols in wastewater with satisfactory results.
