摩擦滑移水平隔震支座的性能试验

    Experiments on a New Type of Seismic Isolation Bearing Combined With Teflon Frictional Sliding System and Springs

    • 摘要: 对一种新型的聚四氟乙烯板摩擦滑移水平隔震支座进行了性能试验,支座由聚四氟乙烯摩擦滑移装置隔震,而并联的水平弹簧使其在震后具有复位能力.试验测定了不锈钢板与聚四氟乙烯摩擦片间的摩擦系数及支座在简谐激励与地震激励下的滞回性能,并对竖向输入动压力时支座的滞回特征进行了测试.结果表明,滑移速度、竖向压力及地震激励的类别是影响摩擦系数与滞回性能的主要因素,为支座理论模型的建立提供了基础.

       

      Abstract: Series of test on a new type of seismic isolation bearing are introduced in the paper.The new bearing is combined with Teflon sliding system and helical springs.The function for seismic isolation of the bearing is ensured by the sliding interface between the disc of Teflon and the stainless steel plate,while the restoring force is provided by springs.During the experiment,the frictional coefficients between Teflon sheet and steel plate were tested,and the hysteretic loops of the bearing excited by the sinusoidal and record earthquake waves were tested as well.In addition,the test of the hysteretic properties of the bearing under the dynamic pressures were carried out.It is shown that the sliding velocity,vertical pressure and types of seismic excitation have important effects on the frictional coefficients and hysteretic characteristics.
