表面反射焦散线法在金属试样KI测定上适用性的研究

    An Investigation for the Suitability of the Method of Surface Reflected Caustics in Determining KI of Metallic Specimens

    • 摘要: 用经强化处理的40Cr钢材作试样,考察表面反射焦散线法对于测定一定厚度金属断裂试样KI的适用性。实验证明,对不同厚度的试样,为了得到正确的KI值,必须使r0/t≥0.5。又用反散全息方法测定出裂尖附近的离面位移场,用三次样条函数法求得共偏导数场,进一步证实了上述结论。

       

      Abstract: Using strengthened 40Cr steel specimens, the authors examine the suitability of the method of surface reflected caustics in determining KI of metallic specimens. The experiments show. that in order to get the correct values KI for specimens of different thickness, the condition of r0/t≥0.5must be satisfied. Furthermore, the off-plane displacement near the crack tip is measured by means of reflected holo-graphic interferometry and its partial derivatives are calculated by the method of cubic-spline interpolation. Thus the conclusion mentioned above is further verified.
