An Investigation on the Thermo-Field Sensing in the Welding Process

摘要: 本文提出了一种新型焊接过程红外热成象动态温度场检测方法、具有高速、直观、准确等特点。文中阐述了检测原理,给出了装置框图及实测温度场照片,并对温度标定进行了讨论。

Abstract: This paper presents a novel temperature sensing method by infrared thermography of thermo-field, which is characterized by high speed, visibilitty, and accuracy. The principle of measurement is described with the block diagram and thermo-field photograph given. The sensing of temperature is also discussed.
