白口铸铁砂蚀磨损性的对比研究

Comparative Study on Corrosive Wear of white Cast Iron

摘要: 对比研究了普通白口铁、镍硬铸铁、高铬铸铁、硼白口铁的砂蚀磨损性,并从碳化物结构类型分析入手,探讨影响砂蚀磨损性的主要因素。试验结果表明:影响砂蚀磨损性的主要因素为电化学性能和硬度。

Abstract: This paper is a comparative study on corrosive wear of common Ni-hard, high chromium and boron white cast. Having analysed carbide struture, the authors studied the main factors affecting the corrosive wear. The results show that the main factors of corrosive wear are electric chemistry and hardness.
