运动负荷下心血管血流参数无损伤动态检测系统的研究

    The Study of Non-Invasive Dynamic Detection System for the Test of Blood Flow Parameters of Cardiovascular System Upon the Work Output During Cycling

    • 摘要: 提供了一种运动负荷下连续实时动态无损伤检测人体血压、血流与心率的新方法.方法的特征是在运动负荷下连续采集脉搏压力信号,然后将脉搏压力信号的幅值及波形特征变化和心血管数学模型结合起来,从而得出不同运动负荷下血压、血流和心率等血流参数的动态变化值及动态趋势图,临床对比实验证实了本方法的可行性.

       

      Abstract: In this paper,a continuous,dynamic and non-invasive detection system for measuring athletes' blood pressure,blood flow and heart rate on the work output during cycling is described.The system employs a new unique method,which is based on the variation of amplitude and contour of pluse pressure signal upon work output combining with the theory of cardiovascular model.The dynamic graph of blood pressure,blood flow and heart rate on different work output are obtained using this detection method.The relevant results comparing synchronously with those of other traditional techniques,the new system is more practical.
