电封闭式汽车变速器加载试验台控制系统的设计

    Design of the Electricity Enclosed Automobile Transmission Loaded Test-bed Control System

    • 摘要: 给出了一种高转速、大转矩、高精度、可实现正反拖的电封闭式汽车变速器加载试验台,用于模拟被试装置在道路上行驶的工作条件.利用3台交流电机对变速器进行驱动和加载,以西门子S7-300型PLC作为控制器,6SE70型逆变器作为电机驱动器,构建基于PROFIBUS-DP现场总线的2级控制系统.可以对被试变速器输入轴及输出轴的速度及加载转矩进行控制,动态转速控制精度为±0.5%,转矩控制精度为±0.5%,并且当主驱动电机驱动变速器运转时,加载电机作为发电机对变速器进行加载,加载能量变成电能可以重新回馈到系统内部,既可以节省电能又可以减少对外界电网的影响.试验结果表明,试验台的控制精度达到了预期目标,电封闭方式可以有效降低能耗,节能率约75%.

       

      Abstract: Electricity enclosed automobile transmission loaded test-bed control system with high rotating speed,large scale torque and high accuracy is designed,which can produce positive torque and negative torque.The test-bed can be used to simulate transmission's practical work condition.Three AC motors are used to process the transmission's driver and loading.SIEMENS S7-315 PLC and 6SE70 inverter are set up as the controller and driver respectively in the two-level control system.It can control the torque of input shaft and output shaft of the tested transmission,and the dynamic precision of speed control is±0.5% and the accuracy of torque loading is±0.5%.When the main driving motor acts as a driver,and the loaded motor acts as a generator,the loaded energy turns into power energy and feedbacks to the system,which not only saves power but also reduces the effect to the outside power network.The results showed that control accuracy achieves the expected goal and the use of electrical-closed system greatly reduces the power cost,which saves about 75% power efficiency.
