Abstract: The number of 3-Funds enterprises increased obviously along with the expansion of the amount of the funds China government introduced from overseas.From the point of financial management it is very important to emphasize the financial evaluation of 3-funds enterprises to improve the economical benefit progressively. In this article, the method of composite index, method of composite ambiguous evaluation and analysing method of multifactors are used to analyse the financial management of enterprises. There are also several examples to clarify the methods of composite benefit index. According to the analysing results, the financial condition of the enterprises can be studied comparatively. Then the update economical profit level of the enterprises will be known clearly and correctly,and the measuring method and the objective standard for evaluation can be used if there is any problem.
