Abstract:
To meet the needs of high-speed missile stage separation system,a wedge-type pyrotechnic releasable explosive bolt was designed,and the interior ballistic model in its separation process was established and simulated.Experiments on the pressure-time curve of body cavity gas,displacement-time curve of separation part and other characteristic parameters were tested.It was obtained that the separation time was 14.6 ms,separation impulse was 1.667 N·s,separation acceleration was 3 932
g and the maximum load capacity was 21.1 kN.The results show that the designed separation device can meet the requirements of low-impact;its performance curves are almost in accordance with simulation results,that has been demonstrated to be able to accurately reflect the separation characteristics of designed explosive bolt.
