    Study on the Growth and Compact Volume Holographic Storage Properties of Ce:Fe:LiNbO3 Crystal at 633 nm

    • 摘要: 用提拉法从熔体中生长了Ce:Fe:LiNbO3晶体.研究了Ce:Fe:LiNbO3晶体在633nm波段的体全息存储特性,对不同掺杂浓度的Ce:Fe:LiNbO3和Fe:LiNbO3晶体进行了全息时间常数和吸收光谱的测定与比较.实验表明,Ce:Fe:LiNbO3晶体对红光的灵敏度优于Fe:LiNbO3晶体,它是一种优良的体全息记录材料.

       

      Abstract: Crystals of Ce:Fe:LINbO3 were grown from melt by Czochraski method. Compact Volume Holographic storage properties of the Ce:Fe:LiNbO3 at 633 nm have been studied for the first time. The response time of Fe:LiNbO3 and Ce:Fe:LiNbO3, with different impurity density, has been measured and compared. It is shown in our experment that Ce:fo:LINbO3 crystal is more sensitive to 633 urn than Fe:LINbO3 crystal. So it is a good kind of material of Volume Holographic record.
