客运交通枢纽内乘客购票排队系统

    Analysis of Queue System in Urban Transportation Terminal

    • 摘要: 城市客运交通枢纽中的乘客换乘时间可分解为换乘步行、购票延误和换乘候车时间3大部分,其中购票排队延误时间是衡量衔接换乘连续性、客运设备适应性及客流过程顺畅性的定量指标,结合实际调研数据,按照购票乘客的特性分析及平均服务时间,将购票乘客划分为询问后购票、需找零购票及不需找零购票3类,并由此将该排队系统定义为多种购票乘客混合的M/G/K队列,在此基础上进行了叠加泊松过程的分析及平均排队购票延误时间的推导,得到了平均排队购票延误时间计算公式,并进行了实例计算,为换乘大厅的合理设计及进一步减少乘客换乘时间等研究工作提供了依据。

       

      Abstract: The passengers transfer time in urban transportation terminal can be divided into three parts:walk time,queue delay time and the time wait for bus.The queue delay time is an important index in weighing for the continuity of transfer,adaptability of equipment and so on.Analyses the character of passengers in ticket queue,and get the average server time though the actual data.Then define the queue system in terminal is an M/G/K queue that be composed by several kinds of passengers.Analyze the superposition of Poisson demand arrival processes;finally get the expressions of average delay time.Get an actual result by this expression of XiZhiMen transportation terminal.
