基于有限元法角膜组织力学变形仿真

    Simulation of Corneal Tissue Mechanical Deformation Based on the Finite Element Method

    • 摘要: 针对激光角膜热成形术原理,提出了角膜模型的网格划分、加载及约束方案,分析了不同参数情况下角膜的变形量及其曲率半径的变化率.通过分析对比,可以得到不同参量在手术中对角膜曲率变化效果的影响程度,从而确定各个参量在屈光矫正中的作用效果.仿真结果表明,眼压的大小对角膜屈光力的变化有一定的影响,但影响很小;在相同压力的情况下,光凝区直径的变化越大,角膜曲率的变化就越大,手术效果越明显;光凝区直径不能太小,小于4.5mm的情况下,角膜曲率变化很小,手术效果不明显.

       

      Abstract: On the basis of the principle and process of LTK,the paper puts forward a partition,load and restricting solution of gridding and conducts the deformation analysis of cornea under different operation parameters.It has analyzed the deformation quantity of cornea and diversification rate of curvature radius under different parameters.Through analysis and contrast,we can get the effect degree of cornea curvature diversification of different parameter in the operation so as to make certain the operation effect of every parameters in diopter correction.
