逆变型MR阻尼器磁路设计与试验研究

    Magnetic Circuit Design and Experimental Study on the Inverse MR Dampers

    • 摘要: 为保证MR阻尼器在电源失效时能在大阻尼状态工作,对现有MR阻尼器磁路进行了改造,在MR阻尼器中设置了永磁体,通过励磁线圈调节磁路气隙中磁场的大小,保证阻尼的可调节性.针对该类逆变型MR阻尼器设计了等效磁路,进行了磁路试验,得到了设计参数对磁路中磁场变化的影响,为逆变型MR阻尼器的设计提供了依据.

       

      Abstract: In this paper a new MR damper magnetic circuit is designed.In the MR damper the magnet is used to found the magnetic field.When the power supply is invalidated the damping force is the biggest.Adjustable damping force is obtained through adjusting the electric current in the excitation loop.In this paper the equivalent magnetic circuit is designed.Through the experiment the properties of the inverse damper are analyzed and the expectant effects are got.
