On Readout Structure of Charge Coupled Linear Imaging Devices (CCLID's)

摘要: 本文提出了"并-串-延时合并"的读出结构和具有四倍分辨能力的线型象感器的结构设计方案。新的读出结构利用电荷耦合器件(CCD)的延时特性,取消了通常采用的水平读出寄存器,可以避免因信道方向改变而产生的电荷损失。具有四倍分辨能力的线型象感器在同样的转移损失乘积下能够获得更高的分辨能力。Abstract: The readout structure presently used of CCLID's is analyzed. A new readout structure based upon the delay property of CCD's has been presented. A design of CCLID which has quadruple resolution capability is approached.
