办公室自动化系统的标准化问题

    Some Opinions in Standardization of OA Systems

    • 摘要: 结合办公室自动化系统设计和实施的状况,阐明按系统功能和运行特性建立OA评价系统所涉及的标准化问题。重点研究标准化工作中关于建立合理的办公模式,符合软件开发技术的设计过程以及信息编码等若干重要环节。实践结果表明,搞好标准化工作可推动OA系统的迅速发展。

       

      Abstract: In combination with design and implement of OA systems the authers state some opinions of the standardization that concerns the appraisement system of OA which is established by the functions of the system and the characteristics of performance, Our discussion will centre on some key links such as a reasonable office model and the design process according with the developmental, techniques of software and the information codes. As a result of pratice,it is found that making a good the standardization good is the motive force of a rapid development in the OA systems.
