摘要: 本文采用激光阴影法流场显示装置和脉冲-色谱气相分析仪,研究了不同气流形态下焊缝金属中含氮量的变化规律。文中提出了临界气体流量Qcr的概念,认为Q≥Qcr时,气流具有良好的保护效果。本文并系统研究了焊接规范和焊炬结构对Qcr和Ns的影响规律。Abstract: In this paper, the law of change of nitrogen content in the metal of welding seam under different forms of shielded flow is studied by means of Laser shadowgraph flow field showing equipment and the gas pulse-chromatography. The concept of critical flow volume Qcr is proposed that the flow have perfect shielded effect when Q≥Qcr. The effect of welding standards and the torch structure are also studied systematically.
