蠕虫状介孔γ-Al2O3的合成与表征

    Synthesis and Characterization of Wormhole-like Mesoporous γ-Al2O3

    • 摘要: 为了制备高比表面积的多孔γ-Al2O3,采用醇-水热法合成了虫孔状介孔面心立方晶体结构的γ-Al2O3片状粒子,并利用X-射线衍射、N2吸附-脱附、扫描电镜、透射电镜和选区电子衍射等技术表征了所得氧化铝粒子的物理性质.实验结果表明,以异丁醇铝为铝源,正丙醇水溶液作溶剂,月桂酸作模板剂(异丁醇铝与月桂酸的质量比为4:1)的醇-水热合成法可制备出具有较好结晶度和虫孔状介孔γ-Al2O3粒子,经600℃灼烧后所得样品的比表面积高达306m2/g,其平均孔径为5nm.

       

      Abstract: To obtain high-surface-area porous γ-Al2O3,the alco-hydrothermal method was adopted to synthesize plate-shaped wormhole-like mesoporous γ-Al2O3 particles with a face-centered cubic crystal structure,and characterized the physical properties of these materials by means of the X-ray diffraction,N2 adsorption-desorption,scanning electron microscopy,transmission electron microscopy,and selected area electron diffraction techniques.It has been shown that mesoporous γ-Al2O3 particles with the wormhole-like morphology and good crystalinity can be fabricated with aluminum tri-sec-butoxide as the aluminum source,1-propanol aqueous solution as the solvent,and laurie acid as the template (the mass ratio of aluminum tri-secbutoxide to lauric acid=4:1).The surface area of the Al2O3 sample obtained at 600℃calcination was up to 306 m2/g and its average pore diameter was ca.5 nm.
