面层厚度对梯度结构混凝土扩散性能的影响

    Diffusion Properties of Grade Structure Concrete With Different Surface-layer Thickness

    • 摘要: 为了研究面层厚度对梯度结构混凝土(gradient structural concrete,GSC)扩散性能的影响,制备了4种不同厚度的GSC试件;通过海洋环境模拟试验及氯离子分布测试,拟合出GSC的氯离子浓度扩散系数,以研究面层厚度、曝露时间对扩散系数的影响;基于相似性原理,借鉴复合材料中二元串联结构热扩散系数模型,建立了考虑面层厚度变化的GSC的氯离子扩散系数时变模型.结果表明:GSC体系的氯离子扩散系数随面层厚度的增加而下降,并且逐渐趋于平缓;GSC体系氯离子扩散系数则随曝露时间的延长而减小,最后也趋于稳定.

       

      Abstract: The graded structure concrete(GSC) with four different surface-layer thicknesses were prepared,and their diffusion properties were researched by the conducting the Chlorine ion migration rapid test and determining the distribution of chloride ions.And the relationship of chloride ion diffusion coefficient,surface layer thickness and accelerated time were put forward based on the similarity theory.Resultsshow that chloride ion diffusion coefficient of the GSC is reduced with the increase of thickness of the surface-layer,and reaches a stead state finally;secondly,the chloride ion diffusion coefficient in GSC gradually decreases along with the accelerating period increases,and also reaches a stead state finally.
