Abstract: This paper introduces the initial development and application of Information Management Micro-computer Network in the Ministry of Water and Electricity. The system includes the disposition of micro-computer network and the organization of the data base. According to its operation, it has been clear that the system is brought into full play in some aspects, such as information management, especialy in supplying decision-making information and production information for leading organizations at all levels.
