地铁盾构施工引起邻近建筑物变形实测与数值模拟分析

摘要: 地铁隧道盾构施工将对周边建筑物产生影响,甚至造成灾害.北京地铁10#线某标段穿越附近一栋居民住宅楼地基邻域,为了确保施工过程中建筑物的安全,需要对该建筑物进行变形监测和数值分析与评价.为此,在详细研究该区工程地质条件和地铁设计参数的基础上,采用FLAC3D工程分析软件,结合现场监测研究了该区段盾构施工对邻近建筑物带来的影响与相应的变形特征.研究表明,数值模拟结果和监测数据比较接近,在本研究区域盾构施工对该类壁板式邻近建筑物影响较小,可以保证安全施工.Abstract: Shield method in subway construction may have the influence or even cause disaster for on adjacent buildings.A section of line No.10 of Beijing subway crossed through the foundation of adjacent buildings.It's very important to analyze and evaluate the deformation of the building in order to protect them.So, based on the detailed study of geological conditions and design parameters,FLAC3D software combined with field monitoring data is used.And then,research on the effect and corresponding deformation character of adjacent building under construction of shield tunneling is presented.The result indicates that numerical simulation is close to the monitoring data,and the effect caused by shield tunneling on the adjacent panel building is little and the construction of tunnel is safe.
