高速滑轨平顺度对撬轨动力响应的影响

    Impact of Regularity of High-speed Slide Rail on Sled-Track Dynamic Response

    • 摘要: 为研究音速以上运行的高速滑轨平顺度对撬轨动力响应的影响规律和控制指标,采用车辆动力学、轨道动力学理论,建立了高速试验滑轨系统撬轨动力分析模型,对不同速度、不同激励条件下撬轨动力响应进行了分析计算,定量探讨了高速滑轨平顺度对撬轨系统的动力响应影响.结果表明,单轨滑撬在速度为700 m/s时峰值沉浮加速度高达5.1 m/s2.700 m/s时滑撬振动加速度约为100 m/s时的8倍多.为避免过大振动,高速滑轨不平顺幅值应控制在2 mm以内.

       

      Abstract: To study dynamic response of high-speed slide rail with track irregularity excitation,according to the vehicle dynamic and track dynamic theory,a sled-track dynamic analysis model of the high-speed track system is established.Sled-track dynamic responses under different speeds and irregularity excitations are analyzed and calculated.Effect on sled-track dynamic response by regularity of high-speed slide rail is discussed quantitatively.Results show that the peak vicissitude acceleration is up to 5.1 m/s2 when the high-speed sled slides at the speed of 700 m/s.When the sliding speed is 700 m/s,the vibration acceleration of the sled is 8 times than that of 100 m/s.To avoid excessive vibration,the high-speed sled irregularity amplitude must be less than 2 mm.
