电镜分析399生长剂对香椿等的叶表影响

    ESEM Observation on Leaves of Chinese Toon Tree by Using 399 Growth Hormone

    • 摘要: 物理农业是涉及物理学、农学等多学科的一门交叉和综合的新生学科.399植物生长剂是一种新型的物理农业技术产品.对施用和不施用该生长剂的香椿和蔓菁等,利用环境扫描电镜(ESEM)观察其不同的叶表面结构,对叶表面的不同部位进行化学成分的局部定量分析,结果表明,在施用399植物生长剂后,叶表细胞变得大而饱满,细胞总体积和表面积变大,增大了细胞光合作用的有效面积;叶片表面出现硅富集的亮点,亮点直径为0.1~30μm.

       

      Abstract: Physical agriculture is one of the new interdisciplinary subject that relates to physics, material, botany and agriculture science. "399 Growth Hormone" is one of typical physical agriculture produc of technology invention. In the paper, the Chinese Toon and Tendril Trees, which the "399 Growth Hormone" are applied to, were observed under an Environment Scanning Electron Microscope (ESEM) for detection the structural changes of leaf surface and chemical components of the different part. Efficiency of the "399 Growth Hormone" has also been discussed in this paper.
